How to Join the Interest List for a Nevada HAND Community

To join the interest list for a property, please follow the steps below:

To add your name to an interest list, first select one of the properties in the interactive menu below.
Use the "Contact Us" button at the top of each property website to enter your information.
- Please include your annual income (or if you have a voucher) in the comments section!
You may submit a new interest form if you have not been contacted after 30 days.
We will contact you to complete an application if your reported income is within the range of an available unit.
You may submit a form for as many properties as you are interested in.
