Our real estate development team works with public and private partners to create quality affordable homes, and is recognized for our expertise in development, design, community focus, construction, and management. Our dedicated asset management team ensures that our developments are managed responsibly and maintain their value – for our communities and for our residents.
We often use the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program in Nevada, and work alongside local municipalities, state agencies, and private financing partners to ensure that we’re developing homes that inspire pride of place and address our community’s long-term affordable housing needs.

Nevada HAND Property Management manages all of its properties, as well as several others on behalf of our partners in the community, such as Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada and the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority. Resident Services
Affordable housing is key to creating stability, but housing alone does not address all the challenges faced by low-income seniors and families. Therefore, Nevada HAND is proud to offer “More Than a Home” through supportive, wraparound on-site Resident Services. The Resident Services program helps Nevada HAND residents thrive, living happier, healthier, more stable and successful lives, and in turn increasing our community’s economic viability.
Personalized outreach is a hallmark of Resident Services.
Our expert, experienced Resident Services Coordinators are creative, innovative professionals. In addition to designing meaningful, community-centered and resident-informed programming, Coordinators conduct annual collaborative individual assessments to help residents access programming, resources, and referrals to support their unique needs.
Our Resident Services Program is designed around Four Pillars aligned with the social determinants of healthy communities.
Nevada HAND is a Certified Organization for Resident Engagement & Services (CORES).
CORES is a an extremely rigorous, peer-reviewed, national certification process that recognizes an organization’s commitment to the highest standards for resident services, a deep commitment to resident health and well-being, and data-informed operations and decision making.

Senior Assisted Living
Nevada HAND’s senior assisted living housing is affordable and all-inclusive, and residents are not charged a fee when their care requirements change. Our Silver Sky at Deer Springs community is designed for those who need professional on-site support and services but do not require a nursing home’s level of care. Our team is comprised of professionally trained medical technicians, dieticians, and other service staff who extend around-the-clock care to ensure comfortable independent living.

Welcome to Nevada HAND Assisted Living communities near Summerlin and in the Northwest part of Las Vegas. We offer an array of amenities such as beauty salon, spa, and coffee bistro. From the moment you enter our communities, a sense of calmness will embrace you as your resort style living awaits! Welcome home!
Unit Tour
Affordable, high quality senior assisted living awaits you in our one-to-two bedroom units. Each unit offers a kitchenette, living room, bedroom(s), and bathroom (no shared units). Every resident will have an assigned housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness of the unit as well as 24/7 caregivers to assist with daily living needs.
