Join us for a fun, informal party and help ensure low-income seniors never have to choose between paying bills and having regular nutritious meals. All party proceeds will support on-site food pantries at Nevada HAND senior communities. Nevada HAND is a nonprofit organization committed to providing quality affordable housing and supportive Resident Services for low-income seniors and working families.

    • Parking is on us! We will cover your parking in the garage that is just steps away from the park.
  • Event Format: We are excited to bring back the fun, informal fundraising party our guests loved in 2023. Look forward to a relaxed early fall evening in one of Las Vegas’ favorite community back yards, beautiful Symphony Park. Together we’ll make a positive impact for our community while enjoying great company, delicious food and drinks, lawn games, music, and more! 
  • Attire is Picnic Chic: We encourage guests to dress festive, laid-back, and comfortable! Think sandals and sundresses to Bermuda shorts with boat shoes. Jeans and jumpsuits are also perfect picks. Coming from work? Business casual fits right in. And we’ll have a coat and bag check so you can enjoy the party.
  • Party Policies: All attendees must be age 21 or over, and this will be a party just for humans (no pets, please).
  • Tickets are on sale now. Early bird ticket price: $50 per person.

Proceeds from the 2024 Nevada HAND Block Party will fund a critical source of support for low-income seniors: on-site food pantries. No one should have to choose between dinner and medical care, but many low-income seniors – even those living in affordable housing – struggle to afford all their monthly necessities. The on-site Senior Choice Food Pantries at Nevada HAND communities help ensure that residents have access to free, fresh, healthy food choices just a few steps away from their front doors. Your support of the 2024 Nevada HAND Block Party will help stock our pantry shelves and bring essential nutrition home for low-income seniors.
