Nevada HAND's nationally-certified Resident Services program is designed to help residents thrive through community-centered, data-informed, expert-vetted resources, programming, and personalized support.

Health, wellness, and plenty of community fun!

The 2025 Senior Wellness Festival was a great success! As you can see in the photo gallery below, the day was filled with lots of smiles and  a wide range of health and wellness resources.

For this annual celebration of healthy aging, Nevada HAND's Resident Services team brings together a one-stop-shop of curated local partners to offer information, personalized support, free on-site services (including flu shots, eye exams, fall prevention, and blood pressure checks), and community engagement. Nevada HAND's transportation services team provided free door-to-door bus service from our senior communities to the Festival, where residents engaged with representatives from over 30 local community partners.

And because our Resident Services team never stops at just the basics, the 2025 Senior Wellness Festival was also a fun, high-energy community event with delicious food, upbeat music, "laughing yoga" sessions, hourly giveaways, and plenty of Aloha spirit, from the tropical decorations to the residents' wonderful Hawaiian themed outfits!

The Senior Wellness Festival is made possible by partnerships.

We are grateful to our vendor sponsors, in-kind sponsors, non-profit and government organizations, and local elected officials for helping create an engaging, impactful experience for Nevada HAND senior residents! Please join us in thanking Golden Years Sponsor CenterWell Senior Primary Care and Silver Strong Sponsor United Healthcare Medicare Plans as well as the wonderful partners listed below.
