There’s no place like home for the holidays. This year, our team members have gone above and beyond to help our resident families get into the holiday spirit and celebrate the season. From potlucks to entertainment to visits from Santa, this holiday season at our communities has been full of the warmth of friends and neighbors coming together to enjoy the holidays. Take a peek at some of the special activities:

A “Welcome Home” Holiday Luncheon

For our newest independent senior community, Flamingo Pines, the holiday luncheon turned into a festive opportunity for new residents to get to know their neighbors over a delicious meal, entertainment, and prizes.

Music & A Variety Show

At Silver Sky Assisted Living, a few of our residents pitched in for holiday music, sing-a-longs, and caroling as the International Christian Academy, 55 Speeding Company, and Betsy Monroe provided a backdrop for celebrating the season through music.

At Silver Sky at Deer Springs, Girl Scout Troop 627 came by to serenade our residents with Christmas carols and good wishes.

A Visit from Santa

Several of our communities, both family and senior, had special visits from Santa. Children gave him their wish lists and seniors had a great chance for a photo op with him!

Festive Displays & Cheer

At Rochelle Pines, residents created several holiday scenes throughout the community rooms and common areas, lighting up the property with cheer and festivity!

Ashley Furniture Giveaway

Residents at Boulder Pines received brand-new bedroom furniture, courtesy of Ashley Furniture, during a special event at the store, where children met Santa, enjoyed milk and cookies, and kicked off the holiday season.

LVMPD Gift Giveaway

The Las Vegas Metro Police Department selected Cordero Pines as one of the communities for their annual gift give-a-way. Santa and his elves made sure the children at the property had a great Christmas!

A Resident’s Church Donation

One of our longtime residents at Apache Pines, Kim, connected with her church, which arranged for more than 100 toys for children of all ages to be donated to the community! Resident children were able to shop for holiday toys in our clubhouse, which we made into a pop-up toy store. Thank you to Kim and her church for going above and beyond for our residents!
