We recently sat down with Nevada HAND’s founder, Mike Mullin, to learn more about what inspired him to start this company 30 years ago. Mike moved to Las Vegas in the ‘70s with a very different career plan in mind, but eventually started a professional journey that satisfied his passion for real estate development and served a pressing community need.

2021 Gap Report from NLIHC Highlights Critical Shortfall of Affordable Housing in Nevada

Nevada HAND Breaks Ground on Largest Multi-Family Apartment Community, Decatur Commons

Nevada HAND’s construction company, HAND Construction, recently broke ground on the company’s largest multi-family apartment community, Decatur Commons. The 480-unit affordable apartment community will offer 240 units for low-income families and 240 units for low-income seniors between 30-80% of the area median income. Nevada HAND Wins THREE Best of Las Vegas Awards

The BEST of Las Vegas has been found at Nevada HAND.
